isn't it just wonderful to be human with one of your things - I happily chugged over a litre of hot peppermint tea today and I'll have more tomorrow and it will be delicious - I know that a date smothered with almond butter, fitted with a wedge of 50% dark chocolate and dusted with flakey salt brings me unparalled consistent joy - those things that make you so so extremely glad you got to be you

my dear visitor I absolutely love a running session - for those not chronically online in the running world this is any run where you challenge yourself with a pace for a given distance or either in bursts (intervals) or extended (tempos) to be basic with it - and for those that are thinking "what does she mean - aren't all runs a challenging pace?" well I'd invite you to look into it a little if you're interested but actually the best way to enjoy running and improve (woop woop) is by mostly running at very chill speeds - think jogging tbh - and very brief speedy times ...anyway I've been lucky enough to have always accomplished my planned session - no matter how hard it looks or how crummy I feel at the slow warm up pace - it always works out and I think I know why...(read more)
